Adam has been with Unique Window Systems for over a year and has already made a significant impact across the team. With more than 15 years of industry experience, he brings a wealth of knowledge, precision, and leadership to every project he’s involved in.

Outside of work, Adam enjoys cooking, trying new recipes, and eating good food with friends and family. He likes holidays somewhere hot with a beach, and spends his weekends around anything with an engine, go-karting being his favourite.

Project Spotlight: NTT Data Centre, Dagenham
We’re proud to have played a part in the delivery of a major data centre facility in Dagenham, East London, developed for global telecommunications leader NTT Global Data Centers as part of its significant UK expansion programme. This project forms part of our growing industrial sector portfolio.

Our team were responsible for the supply and installation of the Kawneer AA100 curtain walling system. The construction of the shell building was carried out by Oakmont Construction Ltd.

We’re proud to share our latest PBSA case study in Leeds 📍

At Lisbon Street, we partnered with Winvic Construction to deliver a standout 24-storey student accommodation scheme on the former Leeds International Swimming Pool site.

This impressive development provides 548 en-suite bedrooms across cluster flats and studio apartments, alongside a range of modern amenities including social and learning spaces, a cinema room, gym, and roof terrace, all within easy reach of Leeds city centre.

To support the project, we fabricated and installed around 1,000 WarmCore® aluminium hybrid windows in a striking dual colour finish, combining durability, aesthetics, and excellent thermal performance. We also delivered curtain walling and entrance doors using high-performance systems from Kawneer.

Achieving BREEAM Excellent, this scheme reflects our ongoing commitment to quality, sustainability, and reliable delivery in the PBSA sector.
