We’re looking for a highly organised, proactive and customer-focused Customer Service Coordinator to join our team at Wilson Alarm Systems.

This is a varied, fast-paced role where you’ll play a key part in coordinating engineer diaries, scheduling preventative and corrective maintenance visits, handling customer enquiries, and ensuring service operations run smoothly from start to finish. You’ll also support administration, invoicing, and service delivery across our intruder alarm and security systems.

If you enjoy keeping things organised, solving problems, and delivering great customer service in a busy environment, this could be the role for you.

What you’ll need to succeed:

✔ Strong organisational and multitasking skills
✔ Confident communication with customers and engineers
✔ Calm, professional approach under pressure
✔ Good attention to detail and IT skills
✔ A proactive, team-focused attitude

Experience in service coordination, scheduling, administration or customer service is beneficial, but full training will be provided.

Latest News: Wilson Alarms to take over selected East Midlands Security & Fire Customer Accounts 🚨

Wilson Alarm Systems Limited has agreed to take over a number of customer accounts from East Midlands Security & Fire Limited, including related maintenance and monitoring services.

The transfer follows a strategic decision by Adam Read of East Midlands Security & Fire Limited to focus on a different business segment. Wilson Alarms will now assume responsibility for the ongoing service, maintenance, and support of the affected alarm systems.

Charles Jing, Director of Wilson Alarm Systems Limited, said:
“We are pleased to welcome these customers to Wilson Alarms. Our priority is to ensure a smooth transition, continuity of service, and the continued reliability of each customer’s alarm system.”

Affected customers will be contacted directly by Wilson Alarms and issued a new maintenance agreement under the company’s standard Terms and Conditions. Customers will be asked to review and sign the agreement to continue receiving maintenance and support services.

Wilson Alarms has confirmed that service continuity will be maintained throughout the transition, with further details provided by email.
