Didn’t really get any ‘before’ photos… we always set the stair/carpet coverings up, get the kit out and crack on! It’s only once the room is demolished that we tend to think ‘should’ve got some photos’ 🤣 I’ll try harder to remember in future!
More of a tidy up than a full renovation with this bathroom. Lovely guy that just wanted to update the tired upstairs bathroom for his tenant… kept the bathroom as it was with regards to the bath and wall tiles, keeping the same layout with a few, light changes (listed below) to bring it back to life a little. 2.5 days in total, meaning limited noise and overall disturbance to the occupiers👌
• New black bath taps, waste and overflow to replace the old
• Bath panel cut to fit properly and re-installed
• Pipework adapted below the floor to allow for a hot and cold feed to a future kitchenette (left capped ready to access)
• Radiator pipework adjusted to allow for a new towel radiator
• New floor tiles installed to match in with the bath panel
• New toilet and toilet unit
• New sink/vanity unit
• Alterations around the bath to remove worktop pieces and install matching tiles
• All tested for leaks and sealed up
As stated, only 2.5 days work but certainly changed the overall appearance for a budget refurb. Another happy customer, back for his main bathroom conversion in a couple of weeks👌
