A nice two day outside job completed on the pastures estate in Narborough. Tudor wood cladding prepared and painted three coats in Ronseal Dark oak satin stain, masonry painted in Sandtex Ivory stone, and garage door painted in Dulux Weathershield Volcanic red gloss. Good to be back on the ladders for the spring/summer period!

As much as colour trends and interior design ideas change each year, I’ve always been a fan of completing a room with a pattern-match wallpaper myself 😌 the owners of this property in Huncote felt the same! Two bedrooms, lounge/dining room and hall/stairs/landing all featuring wallpaper to one side of the room after a full repaint to the ceilings walls & woodwork, using colours to compliment each other perfectly.

Some before & afters of a lounge completed on The Pastures estate in Narborough. Previous feature wallpaper stripped, ceiling/coving painted pure brilliant white Matt, walls Laura Ashley ‘Sugared Grey White’ Matt, woodwork & radiator White Eggshell and a pattern match wallpaper applied from B&Q. Fireplace frame also painted in Valspar’s ‘Midnight dusk’.

Decorating work completed at this well presented Farmhouse in Wolvey. The open plan lounge/dining/kitchen area had suffered with some shrinkage in places causing cracks to appear in parts of the ceiling, walls and around the wooden beam. These were all filled sanded and painted over using diamond Matt Dulux ‘Egyptian cotton’. Clear varnish also applied to the wood beam to enhance its finish. Entrance hall and staircase walls & ceiling also given a freshen up 👌🏼🤩

Sandtex “Ivory Stone” applied to all the exterior walls of this property in Glen Parva. Balcony railings and bottom brick borders painted in Black Matt, and the pillars either side of the front door picked out in Sandtex “Mid Stone”. Really enjoyed seeing this place transform as I worked through it, a much needed freshen up making the property really stand out 🤩
