That includes heating repairs, boiler replacements, new bathrooms, kitchen fitting, structural repairs, interior refurbishments and repairs.Our business is a family run com

pany and was set up in 2005. Holding the vision of ensuring that both able and vulnerable people all benefit from the best possible quality of work, we have secured a number of contracts with local authorities and housing associations as well as catering for all the property needs of a ever growing number of private home owners and business operators.We like to think that we provide an excellent service, with very affordable rates.

Due to ongoing contract growth, Gap Property Services is looking for experienced tradespeople for long-term work across our social housing contracts in Leicester, Derby and Northampton areas.

We are looking for:

🔹 Electricians
🔹 Plumbers / Bathroom Fitters
🔹 Kitchen Fitters
🔹 Tilers
🔹 Wet Room / Level Access Shower Installers
🔹 Multi-Traders / Multi-Skilled Operatives

We offer competitive rates of pay and long-term, ongoing work for the right people.

Subcontractors preferred, but we can also offer employed (on the books) positions for suitable candidates.

Applicants must:
✔ Be reliable and hardworking
✔ Have relevant experience in social housing / occupied and void properties
✔ Be able to work to a high standard
✔ Own transport and tools preferred for subcontractors
