Pepper is still working hard on winning that employee of the month badge for June. You can’t knock him for his work ethic in fetching the ball, but is it enough to cinch the prize? I’ve put it in a lot of 8 hour shifts of hedge trimming recently! 😁

Massively under estimated & underquoted a job today for a very nice family. It’s a bit of a shame to need to find/force extra time to come back and finish. I should learn to not quote when I feel poorly! Idiot! 😁 Anyway, I am at least pleased to be someone who sticks to his promises (prices) 🙏🏼 that’s important to me. The shrubs were pretty overgrown, the lawn in need of edging & no bare soil showing. Be back soon to do the same round the back!

For his dedication to cute marketing on New Spotted Rothley.

For observing No Mow May by abstaining from nibbling lawns, despite the tasty temptation.

And finally, for his welcoming charm when going to quote jobs for the first time. Such a good boy!

THIS MONTH’S REWARD for employee of the month is a ✨ doggy excursion. ✨ We have a 7 mile country side and beach side hike planned on the East Coast with a sausage & chips pup-supper.

Why does Pepper always win the title? I never get it ☹️ Anyway, here he is: Employee of the month goes to Pepper for plant pot disposal, helping a customers daughter fight her fear of dogs & using his nose to check shrubs for birds nests before pruning. Well done Mr Pepper! 🎉
