Ovet 1300 Worcester Bosch boilers fitted locally but always special to fit one for a friend. Maintained the Thompson’s boiler for 14 years, but it was finally time for a new one. They now have a highly efficient boiler backed by a 10 year no quibble parts and labour guarantee. They can now also control their heating from their phones so won’t heat an empty house and never need to come home to a cold house.

The service we try to deliver:

Hi David, I did as you suggested. Cut the power, moved the manual lever on the hot water valve to open a few times and let the spring return it to closed. Powered up , told Hive to turn on hot water and the hot water came on straight away. Trouble with intermittent faults is you’re never too sure if it’s fixed or not but so far so good. Let you know tomorrow what happens.

Boiler replacing on the Isle of Sheppey today. Probably only 10 miles from Southend as the crow flies but van nor amphibious so 60 odd mile trip over the QE2 bridge to get here.
