Colour drenching in this hallway for some new customers! Ceiling, walls and wood all painted to match. Downstairs shade is Johnstones ‘Composure’ and upstairs ceiling, walls and wood is Johnstones ‘Scramble Crossing’ all in Acrylic durable Matt and durable Matt wood paint. Front door painted in Valspar ‘Picasso Blue’.

Lovely job in Rochford last 2 weeks. Client asked me to paint and paper hallway. Original paper stripped, ceilings painted with matt white emulsion and wood in Johnstones Aqua Guard satin. Green shade by Valspar called ‘Scottish Highlands’ and wallpaper by Laura Ashley called ‘Josette’ in Dove Gray. Managed to avoid paint on the nosy cats ❤️

Wow…..1000 followers reached this week! Never did I think I would be so lucky to have been so busy since the day I started and continue to be. When the suggestion of a job change came along I wasn’t even driving at the time. So I struck a deal with a fellow insurance colleague who was training to be a driving instructor - you discount my lessons and I’ll paint your kitchen for free! Well she got me through the dreaded test, and I tested my recent City and Guild training skills on her kitchen. Came out pretty good! Then I advertised on Facebook and the work hasn’t stop from there. Within a month I had my first £100+ a roll wallpaper job and ran with it. And that paper is still holding strong as I saw it 6 weeks ago and that particular lady is still my customer so must be doing something right eh! So after 9 years and over 500+ jobs I’m still here. Busy and always booked up at least 2 months in advance and have been up to 8 months - which is crazy but also amazing. There Isnnot a day goes by I don’t count my blessings.

I am very grateful and proud to be doing this, and thank you to everyone for their support, follow, likes, reviews and shares. It really means so much.

See below that very first kitchen job - Justine Copping thanks for getting me driving and being my tester for decorating - you was very brave but I think it paid off. That lovely blue colour you chose is still a request by people today 😜✊ xx
