Lovely renovation work to this sitting room.

Bringing a 100 year-old room up to current Building Regulations, with insulated floor and walls, under floor heating, rewired, replastered, genuine victorian fire place, laminate flooring and joinery work to provide storage, shelving and glass door display cabinet.

Excellent quality and all done in 6 weeks!

Nice simple days work, but dramatic difference!

Customer had attempted to stain directly over existing - didn't turn out well. Then they tried sanding it - wasn't really working.

So they brought in the big guns. 1 hard days work and lots of sandpaper later, fresh (nearly) new timber decking ready for customer to stain a new colour.

Amazing and fresh! This was a large job that needed a bit of extra 💪 to overcome previous owners' poor painting. Lots of prep, lots of woodwork, lots of 🥵, lots of ❤️ for the finished job!
Hall, vestibule, stairs and landing. Dulux matt Emulsion on walls in Summer Linen colour, Dulux Satinwood to all timber.
Customer is so happy, they want me back very soon to do more rooms 😎

This is several layers of paint peeling off the wall.

Don't choose the cheapest price, choose the best person you can afford.

Sadly for this customer, they found out the hard way and had to spend more money to get me in and put it right.

A very fine hall, stairs and landing job this week! Nice F&B colour.

Customer called me in to do the walls, after stripping the paper and unable to remove adhesive residue.

Sandpaper walls and then sandpaper again.
Fill and sand.
Prime coat, fill and sand.
Base coat, fill and sand.
Top coat - perfect finish! 💪

Best view on this job over the Thames!!

Balcony make over - This was a pigeon infested space, everything covered in p**p 🤢.

But with windows installed it makes a fantastic place to sit and watch the view. Decorated, vinyl flooring and power for lighting. Plus a flat pack bench and table.

Such a small space has bought wonder for these lovely repeat customers with an extra room to use all year round!

Dining Room make over, finished within 5 days whilst the customer was on holiday. This will be nice to come home to 😁😁😁
