June is a busy planting month 🌱 A few things I’d keep in mind:
🥒 Early June is good for warm-season crops like cucumbers, beans, basil, and zucchini.
🌽 Mid-June is often the last push for corn, squash, pumpkins, and climbing beans.
🥬 Later in the month, I start thinking about fall crops again.
💧 Freshly sown seeds need steady moisture, especially in hot weather.
🌤️ If your summers get intense, give greens a cooler spot or a little afternoon shade.
I like June planting because it feels like you’re finishing summer crops while already setting up the next season.
