Called out to a leaking boiler, on Inspection the flue was leaking internally which can cause a dangerous leak of fumes. It's important to have your boiler serviced yearly to pick up on any potentially problems become they become serious. A new boiler has now been installed

on investigation the flue was clearly leaking products of combustion with a split in the vertical flue.
just shows the importance of a service

just like a boiler an unvented cylinder should also have a yearly service. the video shows a leak on the safety valve due to lack of maintenance. an unvented cylinder service is £50.00 plus VAT. if you have it done in conjunction with a boiler service it's £90.00 plus VAT
