The brief for this one was low maintenance no grass and flower beds for planting.

I think we achieved this very well. We used Raj blend sandstone paving. Installed brick shaped planters and new fence.

This new build in Aston Clinton was left as a mud pit with a few yellow slabs.

We quickly changed that to a low maintenance garden for the customer to plant a few bits.

We installed brick planters and retaining wall with water feature in the centre. Charcoal Woburn original blocks for main patio and Trex tiki composite decking around for their garden furniture. A little area for the bits hidden by a decorative fence panel.

Another typical new build garden that flooded badly when it rained.

We excavated around 40 tons of soil, installed a big soakaway in the centre and installed French drains around the garden. We then installed 2 patio areas and a shed base using single size grey sandstone paving. Finally we finished with a nice new lawn area

This new build garden was left as a mud pile, so we set to work to change that for the customer!

Here with have a light grey porcelain patio with charcoal edgings, sleeper flower beds and new lawn in the centre. Not bad for 5 days work.

This customer wanted a bigger useable patio space, so we dug back around 6/8ft and installed a sleeper retaining wall and steps, then laid 600 x 600 light grey porcelain paving.

Another new build garden on a slope.

So we levelled the garden using sleepers, the sleepers around the lawn edge the flower beds and lawn perfectly, which join into the small retaining wall forming the edge of the patio. Which we laid dark grey 600 x 600 porcelain paving.

In the bottom corner we fitted a heavy duty decking frame with York decking boards and pergola to cover built by the team, behind the garage we laid a concrete base under the decking for the customer hot tub to be fitted on.

To finish we laid a new level lawn.

A customer in Leighton buzzard wanted a maintenance free garden, so we replaced the turf with a nice fresh Astro turf and a Raj sandstone circle for a table and chairs
