WE'RE HIRING - Skilled Multi-Trade Technician 🔧

📍 Leighton Buzzard, Milton Keynes & surrounding areas
⏰ Full Time | Permanent | Immediate start available
Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:30am – 5:00pm (37.5 hours per week)
💷 Salary starting from £38,000 per annum (depending on experience)

We're looking for a Skilled Multi-Trade Technician to join our Safe & Healthy Homes team, working across Milton Keynes, Leighton Buzzard and surrounding areas.

The Role:
You'll be responsible for carrying out a wide range of maintenance, repair and installation tasks across various trades. You should have experience in carpentry, plumbing, painting, tiling, plastering and other general maintenance tasks, and you must be able to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

What we’re looking for:

Full, clean driving licence
Undergo a DBS check
Excellent communication skills
Right to work in the UK
Be able to provide 2 recent references
Must have a good work ethic
Must be flexible and adaptable
A can do attitude
Able to meet established timeframes.

If a certain brand made gates they would be ours! Handmade in our Leighton Buzzard Workshops to an exacting standard using good quality tanalised timber, fully framed and finished in a spirit based preservative made to last forever (well almost we think).
Supplied with a varying range of good quality locking systems and latches and hinges.
We also supply and install the fences to go with them.

Not be slippery.... the customer chose resin bound and that turned out to be the right choice. Edged with Corten steel edging and finished with 'Bastille' resin bound the brief was truly met!!

Well this became a mini adventure for our multi talented team ... they had to remove some walls , relocate door openings, disappear windows and install a new shower and vanity where there wasn't one creating this lovely ground floor en-suite for a customer in Milton Keynes with a space saving pocket door system!!

All in a teams work.... this kitchen transformation was completed for a customer in Leighton Buzzard and involved a total rip out including the walls and the plaster. A total re-plumb and re-wire before installation of the new kitchen , a full redec and a lovely new LVT floor The results truly speak for themselves.

Customer wanted replacement doors .... we had other ideas so we removed the old vinyl , cleaned and prepped the doors before spray finishing in a lovely grey satin finish ..... all for a fraction of the cost and time involved in new doors !!
