Customer had a rubber roof installed, in less than 2 months it had failed.. if they are offering a rubber roof then they aren't a true roofer. It's a DIY kit that anyone can install and it's easy to install it wrong.. the only real solutions for a flat roof is a built up torch system.. since doing the work all leaks have stopped and offering a 20 year felt guarantee and and 30year installation guarantee. Something a little different today. Customer complained that the cladding had come away from the wall. Upon inspection someone had used soffit board , not only that but it was installed upside down causing water damage internally. New osb, membrane and cladding fitted. Customer thrilled with the result. 💯
