Strip out then fit out!
We’re underway with a total internal refurbishment. Our fabric first approach to improve the building envelope, insulation and ventilation to reduce heat loss and energy consumption is a standard initial design solution.
This approach makes existing homes more sustainable, affordable to heat and lowers the carbon emissions. Renewables play a large part, but their success depends on how good the building envelope is. Get that right, and the rest as they say follows!
