We recently completed this full kitchen renovation, transforming the space from the ground up 🔨
The project included stripping the room back, installing new insulation to the walls and ceiling, a full electrical rewire then reboarding and skimming throughout for a clean, high-quality finish ✨
We also opened up the doorway with new steel supports and fitted four new windows to bring in more natural light 🪟
Finished with a Howdens kitchen and herringbone LVT flooring chosen by the customer. the space is now ready for decoration—a fantastic transformation 👌

Larkhall 🏡
In this project we removed the tired conservatory and replaced with small utility room extension. This addition would open up into an unused room and make it into a new snug/sunroom off the kitchen. The majority of this job was structural having to make 3 large openings in 600mm thick solid stone walls. A small extension to the property but has been great addition to utilise the existing layout

Progress in the hawksland project. Old slate and trusses have been stripped off, new trusses manufactured and stood and covered in new Spanish slate finished with upvc fascia and gutters. We have had to take away a part of the front section that was over 6 inches out of line and rebuilt it plumb. The existing floor broken up and removed, stoned up, insulation, dpm and mesh, 150mm concrete poured giving a nice smooth finish. A new window and door opening has been slapped out of the 600mm thick walls aswell. Next stage is the external timber walls and get the services ran. 💪🏻🏚️🔨

We added a new front porch/ sunroom to this property earlier in the year. A concrete slab with timber kit, and flat roof covered with a rubber membrane. New black upvc door and window finished exteriorly with upvc cladding. Internally is insulated and plasterboard to the walls and ceiling with full plaster skim! Finished with new laminate floor and decoration. A nice addition to the property 👌🏻🏠🙌🏻🔨

Loft conversion completed in Lanark. We converted this spacious attic into 2 bedrooms and a toilet/shower room, 6 new velux windows, finishings and new staircase with balustrade. Nearly doubling the floor space of the house now.
