Come across these old photos, they reminded me of old gentleman I meet in the 90s when I worked for Irvin’s GB , he called it a ginger bread man and informed me that they were used with great effect on D-day , the Germans could not identify them from real paratroopers at night . I repacked it for him as he had never seen inside himself , the rigging lines were spliced onto the nylon canopy and harness , the pack and gingerbread man was made from a hessian fabric

Batch of Strong parachute assembles re-packed for Duxford Aircraft Restoration Company, Which I am lead to believe will be used for the next Tom Cruise Mission Impossible film.

Rigging lines stuck together , rubber bands should have been replaced at last repack ,which was supposed to been done last January

Batch of parachute came to me for the first time, log books showed they were repack a year ago I don’t think so , check out the photo’s. Always check out the rigger’s to see if they are true professionals and not out just to take your money!!
