We’re looking for a friendly, confident and sales-focused person to join the Radical Living team on alternative weekends.
•
This is a weekend position, working every other Saturday and Sunday, and would suit someone looking for regular part-time work alongside other commitments.
•
Retail experience is essential, along with a genuine love of working with people. We’re looking for someone who is confident starting conversations with customers, delivering excellent service and helping drive sales on the shop floor.
•
The role includes supporting customers, processing sales, replenishing stock, helping with workshops, dispatching online orders and maintaining the day-to-day running of the shop.
•

Hosted in our cosy Lewes studio, each workshop is a relaxed, welcoming experience with all materials provided, endless tea, coffee & prosecco, plus 20% off throughout the shop on the day.

Choose from two workshop styles: Closed Rainforest Terrariums, lush, tropical and glowing with an LED lid or open Desert Terrariums, sculptural cacti and succulents with layers of sand and stone.
