Kicking off the new year with another bathroom overhaul! This time my customers wanted a spruce up the bathroom in their quaint home. After a few troublesome water issues i got there. First job of the year. This shower tray collapsed on my customer while in use. Not the easiest of jobs and lots of hidden constraints. The shower framework was rotten as years of leaks had taken place. Time for a rip out and start again!!!

This was a tricky job! The shower and screen wasn’t installed properly and over time it started to fail in several place...

This was a tricky job! The shower and screen wasn’t installed properly and over time it started to fail in several places. Only thing to do was to rip out the area and redo it, new pipework, cement board, shower controls and a new screen.

New year, New door. Fitted this new hardwood door for a new customer. The old one had seen better days. It took a little while to fit as I prefer to use a router& jig to cut out the hinge and lock areas, it makes for a neater finish. Another satisfied Customer đź‘Ť

Watch your step! My customer thought something wasn’t right with their stairs. On further inspection it appears that the neighbour had a water leak that lasted a few months and had soaked through the wall and stairs. After a few months i was able to get in there and make good of the damage and make it safe and sound
