I have worked in the construction industry for over 15 years and have experience of working on a magnitude of large construction projects, from a design perspective, such as Birmingham Dental Hospital, Birmingham City University, RAF Maham, RAF Cranwell, Nottingham City Hub, Loughborough University and many more. All this means that AJA Architectural Services have the experience and understanding

of the build process which sets us apart from the rest. I also have vast experience of dealing with the planning and building control process to make things as smooth as possible for my clients. We offer very competitive prices at a flat rate with no hidden costs and a quick turn around. Plus given the current climate we all find ourselves in much of what we do can be done remotely, which is not only safer for our clients but we also reflect this change in our fees. Some more examples of recent feedback. This makes what I do all the more worthwhile.

'Andy at AJA Architectural Services could not have provided a better service. He listened to what we wanted and offered advice around alternative ideas for the space we had which really helped us make our final design decisions.
Andy then took all the information away with him and confirmed the timings for initial draft drawings for us to discuss and agree and when submitted (on time) he was happy to ammend again until we were happy.
Once the drawings were finalised we also used his services for submitting our planning permission to Staffs County Council which made it so much easier i basically had to log in and pay..... simple! :-)
I have no problem at all with any part of AJA's services or have any reservations in recommending their services to anyone else. Highly recommended!'
