What a glorious Spring Day!
Birds are singing, the bees are buzzing - just perfect.
Typically as the weather warms up, l am going to be out of action for a couple of weeks, my long awaited second ankle operation is tomorrow. Fingers crossed recovery will be speedy and l'll be back working soon x

The air was full of Dragonflies where l was gardening today.
This Common Darter dragonfly (Sympetrum striolatum) stopped still long enough for me to take a couple of pictures.
There were quite a few different species, but all too quick or high to see properly 😊
