Another beautiful recently pair of doors done by us transformation of a old Victorian arched door and solid Oak front door completely
re junvinated the pair of them before and after photos plus we put in and added a hard wood weather board using Dulux Trade Weather Shield paints primer and preservative the oil based product... given the door a beautiful hard wearing finish just what it needed & deserved.

Hi some recent work completed this year.
Some more to follow so please keep your eyes peeled for the next transformation that we have done.
The before and after photos we took a very tired and run down exterior front wood work that required a lot of attention we brought it back to its former glory painstakingly rebuilding all the damaged wood work.
Treating all the areas with Dulux Trade primer and preserveitve
Used Dulux Trade Weather shield paints not water based,but the good old oil based stuff because we believe that the wood work deserves it,it lasts longer and looks better
A well & truly happy & Delighted customer who was more than happy with what we had achieved....

Exterior Prep Work – Restoring a Tired Property

This property had seen better days, with peeling paint, worn brick faces, ivy overgrowth, and generally tired looking.
It looked Unkept & unloved.

What We Did:

Scraped back all flaking paint

Repaired the cracks to prevent water ingress and sealed all the cracked damaged areas.

Removed vast amounts of ivy, grinding down across most elevations
Mainly the walls faces.

Repaired damaged brick faces.

Sanded surfaces smooth
To achieve the best smoothness as possible.

Treated walls with fungicide to remove moss and algae.

Sealed flaking areas using Zinsser Peel Stop.

Applied stabiliser to porous brick faces

Applied 2 full coats of Sandtex X-Treme X-Posure 20-year protection masonry paint.

Repainted black brickwork to enhance the overall appearance.

The Result:
The customer was delighted— and was not expecting the building to look brand new, but genuinely impressed by what we had achieved considering its original state and condition it was in.
With thorough preparation and quality materials, the exterior was brought back to its former glory—sharp, clean, and built to last.
Better looking than it did....

Iron Gates – Prep & Coating with Hammerite Smooth Black

Prep:

Initial condition: The gates had not been touched for over 2 years, with heavy moss, algae, and surface rust buildup.

Treated thoroughly using a fungicidal cleaner to eliminate moss and algae. Left to work, then cleaned and scrubbed down.

Removed all loose rust and flaking paint using a wire brush and scraper.

Cleaned with white spirit to remove grease and contaminants.

Lightly sanded to provide a key for the new coating.

Masked off adjacent surfaces for a clean, controlled application.

Application:

Applied Hammerite Smooth Black directly to the metal, ideal for rusted surfaces.

Used 2–3 coats with brush and roller, allowing 4–6 hours drying time between coats.

Allowed up to 7 days for full cure and hardening.

Finish & Result:

Achieved a deep, smooth, glossy black finish with strong resistance to rust, weather, and wear.

Transformed the neglected gates, restoring their appearance and protecting them for years to come.

Customer was delighted with the result, commenting on how the gates looked as good as new.

This was a pleasure to work on – and well worth the hard graft to bring them back to life again.

Another Happy and Satisfied Customer!

A full house decorated, including:
✅ 3 Bedrooms (including ensuite)

All walls finished in Crown Clean Extreme Almond White, with ceilings painted in Crown Low Reflective High Opacity White Emulsion for a smooth, durable finish.

The ensuite and main bathroom ceilings were completed using Perma-White Anti-Mould Resistant, Anti-Condensation Paint, providing 7 years of protection against moisture and mildew.

The work wasn’t straightforward, and we encountered a few hurdles along the way. However, with careful planning and problem-solving, we achieved the high-quality finish the customer wanted.

The client wanted the bedroom stripped & re papered brighter colours added to the walls to complement the new wallpaper.
Bathroom freshened up with Perma white tinted light blue
Perma white anti mould anti condensation Matt finish to the ceiling adding 7 years durability.
The bath panel was in a dire state all cracked and split so we
Re-paired it and gave it a new lease of life nice vibrant blue colour to match the floor ceiling and coloured walls plus accessories.

re done for a reputable garage in Lincoln.
A very pleased & happy satisfied customer all done with Dulux Weathershield paints.
Weathershield 1 2 3 system aqua wood preservative wood primer combined & dark Grey U/coated and all coated in Oxford blue Weathershield High gloss finish just as the customer wanted. Considering that these garage doors had not been touched in over 12 years!!!!. So they definitely needed a lot of prep to them..........
