Hall & Kitchen/Diner Transformation

We applied a full latex smoothing compound before laying stunning Amtico Form LVT in Skara Oak, finished in a stylish broad‑weave pattern. Completed with premium pewter threshold bars for a seamless, high‑quality look throughout.

We’ve installed Brockway Padstow in Agora Pebble on the landing, paired with a contrasting Brockway Lakeland Herdwick Ullswater weave as a bespoke stair runner. Finished with a standout taped edge, this runner really elevates the whole staircase.

For durability and long‑lasting comfort, the runner was fitted over Treadmore underlay.

Kitchen & WC refresh

To keep disruption to a minimum, we applied a latex smoothing compound directly over the existing ceramic tiles — creating a perfect base without the mess of removal.

We then installed Amtico Décor Chequer Mono tiles, bringing a bold, retro-inspired finish that completely transforms the space.

Master Bedroom - A luxurious Jacaranda Heavy Velvet carpet, inset into a wooden floor perimeter and finished with premium Antique Bronze edging. A rich, elegant upgrade that adds instant warmth and sophistication.

Bedroom - We installed Abingdon Caress in Sapphire to bring a bold pop of colour and a fresh, uplifting feel to the room.

Stairs & Landing - A standout installation of Kingsmede Artwork in Chamois, fully fitted on the landing and paired with a stair runner finished in sleek black binding. A true statement feature that ties the whole transformation together.

Utility, WC & Lobby - Coombe Stone in an extra‑large flagstone pattern, paired with Stria Basalt feature stripping for a modern, refined finish.

A full latex smoothing compound was applied throughout before installing Amtico Spacia LVT in Limestone Cool. Tiles were laid on a striking 45° angle, finished with 3mm Concrete Pale feature stripping between each tile for a crisp, refined look.
