4 barriers. 4 weekends. One outstanding result from the team! ✅

This project is now almost complete, with just one final road blocker left to finish.

The works have included the installation of 4 new automatic barriers, a full access control system and vehicle counting technology to help manage the high traffic volumes on site.

Alongside this, 3 of the 4 redundant road blockers have now been safely decommissioned and removed, with the final unit due to be completed as the last stage of the project.

A great example of a complete turnkey solution delivered by the Gateway Automation team. 🙌

Large project completed by the Gateway Automation team in Peterborough. 👏

Our engineers finalised the installation of two large GA6500 automatic bi-folding speed gates, providing a secure and efficient access solution for the site.

The installation included:

✅ 4,300mm span bi-folding gate
✅ 4,800mm span bi-folding gate
✅ Up to 2,400mm high
✅ Tube and mesh infill
✅ Electric automatic operation
✅ LED traffic lights

Bi-folding gates are a great solution for sites where fast opening speeds and efficient use of space are important, while still providing a strong level of perimeter security.

A substantial installation and another great result from the team. 👏

Another impressive installation taking shape from the Gateway Automation team at Atlantic Park, Liverpool. 👏

Our engineers have completed the installation of a set of bi-parting cantilever sliding gates, creating a substantial automated entrance solution for the site.

The gates were securely installed, levelled and aligned, with initial commissioning carried out using a generator. With the main installation now complete, the remaining power and access works will be completed before our team returns for final commissioning, force testing and handover.

A great example of the scale of projects our engineers regularly deliver — combining careful installation, precision and teamwork to create a reliable long-term access solution. ✅
