3 rooms from the ground up, complete in just 5 weeks and we also supplied and installed radiators for the whole house !

Pleasure to work for a great client who owns a huge company in lincoln and has a wide choice of bathroom installers to pick from but he chose us !

Bathroom 2of3 in the Bail area in Lincoln.
I know it may not be for everyone’s taste but WOW 😮
The pics just don’t do it justice!
Soooo much pipe work prep in this room.
1200 x 600 High Gloss tiles with GOLD
Markings, paired with brushed gold brassware just compliment each other!
A Free standing bath with free standing taps, A wall hung 🚾 with Hidden cistern looks clean and sharp.

The Fluted shower screens match the Fluted Vanity unit.

Pic 6 shows our attention to detail that’s off the scale! If the silicon lines ain’t to the millimetre then it’s simply not acceptable.

These tiles are a new stock line so I’m sure our future clients will be picking them for their Bespoke Dream Bathroom 💛

1st of 3 rooms in 1 house in Lincoln’s uphill Bail!
Back to the bare bones, just the way we like it.

With a Grey and Black theme, clean lines and off the floor furniture for easy to clean floors!

Shower tray fitted FLAT (As Always) to the floor, when tiled it’s less than a 20mm threshold into a water proof shower 🚿

It takes lots of prep time and pipe alterations but well worth it.

Low running cost LED Lighting from the ceiling spots, the shower niche and the large Mirror illuminates what is a Fabulous looking En-Suite.

No unsightly pipe work visible makes for a sleek Finish!! ✨

Our 1st job of 2026 !
With it being a Wren kitchen we had a few weeks away from the job while the quartz worktops were templated and manufactured, we then returned to complete the tiling and all the finishing touches, ALL done by us, no multi trades in and out.

Thank you to NW for choosing us to fit her dream kitchen.

Keep an out out for our next post in a few weeks, we’ve got a new tile to show you, it’s a stunning bathroom, 1 of 3 in the same house but it’s GOLD 🟡💛

Here at Lee Haxby Home Solutions, we just L❤️ve repeat business. We fitted two bathrooms in lockdown back in 2020 for a fab couple, now they have moved to a village and called on us again to create a dream bathroom in their new 🏠

It was a wet room but a very poor one as the whole shower floor leaked under all the tiles as you can see from the pictures….. Of course we ripped it all out ! Right back to the bare bones and rebuilt it to their specifications,

As returning customers we surprised them with some under-Vanity mood lighting as a thank you from us 🎁

We just l💙ve the reaction on the handover, it’s what we do the job for
(And to pay the bills)
