Customer was having a lot of damp issues in their entrance porch areas. He opted for corksol to be sprayed on the walls and ceiling. This is being followed up with a coat of plaster and then painted with mould resistant paint.

Some pics from a whole house repaint outside Lisburn. Colour change in the hall and bathroom. The team repaired Lots of plaster damage around the house but my photography skills ruined the before and after pics 🙈 so you will have to take my word on it that it looked fantastic lol.

Handrail and spindles finished in aqua guard with the colour " mole's breath" 😁 from Farrow and ball. Walls ..purebeck stone

Fantastic Corksol renovation of a beautiful home in Cultra finished this week. The customer wanted a product that was low maintenance and helped prevent any future cracks appearing. After a hell of a lot of preparation The corksol render was applied but to tone in the property to their colour we went and spray painted it in crown extreme exposure tinted in an off white . All windows and walls repaired and finished in anthracite grey. Contact us to get booked in for next season .
