Another DUBLIN job. Some one painted all doors with emulsion over gloss. Was a right mess.

So BIN primered.all doors after sanding. Plus frames. And skirting.
8 doors 3 coats each side worked out 48 coats.

Then stripped dark staircase think it was red rose stain or mahogany but anyway coat of BIN then 3 coats to spindles and 2 coats of osmo oil to hand rail and posts.

Really happy client in dublin and good sterling.

This was a special job. Cove hand made needs few days to dry not your b&Q stuff. Brown MDF paneling .. flat matt Ha...

Brown MDF paneling .. flat matt Harrow & ball to the walls.
Perfect.matt to the cove and ceilings with a brilliant finish. .
3 coats of primer and 2 coats of satinwood to all woodwork.
Black MSP to door frame awaiting black double doors to be fitted...
This room has authentic plus the units to be fitted...
Lovely clients once again.

I priced this job off photos from an identical apartment on the resort. WELL when I turned up to start on day 1 I nearly walked out to fly home...

Really nice to use and gives a comfort feeling to the room. And obviously adding teal skirting 😃

More photos in Dublin. Teal seems to be the theme. Drench coat lounge with quality curator Irish paint. I love this stuff... its quality is better than most in the UK. but is expensive.... 1 litre is 40 euros.
Stairs with a teal finish and textured quality wallpaper finished off with treads. (Fitted by my sister bless) but was an awful stair well looks cozy and fresh.

Whizzing through my builders house ready for Xmas. Was a tired looking hall, stairs, landing but all looking fresh. Farrow & ball flat matt lovely to use £100 a tin but much better than most. And the good old oil base satinwood such a joy use as no-one does but such a better finish and durability..
All ready for end of week for exmas for perfect clients.

Current job I'm on for my new builder... farrow & ball but flat matt this time. Very nice product used to be all white looking tired but first phase lounge complete. More to come and for once oil satinwood to woodwork. Miss that stuff so much nicer
