Revamped this commercial job looking very tired right on the sea. Ive been so lucky with locations this year.
3 corridors and a 2 story stairwell.
Part drenched coat. Walls and woodwork in f&b dead flatt matt.

Lovely tenants of the place and perfect views from their apartments.

A new modern look and I was well looked after.

First outdoor job of the year and what a pleasure to work and stay here.

Wasn't painted for 10 years or so
All bedec products always my go too.

Another DUBLIN job. Some one painted all doors with emulsion over gloss. Was a right mess.

So BIN primered.all doors after sanding. Plus frames. And skirting.
8 doors 3 coats each side worked out 48 coats.

Then stripped dark staircase think it was red rose stain or mahogany but anyway coat of BIN then 3 coats to spindles and 2 coats of osmo oil to hand rail and posts.

Really happy client in dublin and good sterling.

This was a special job. Cove hand made needs few days to dry not your
b&Q stuff.
Brown MDF paneling .. flat matt Harrow & ball to the walls.
Perfect.matt to the cove and ceilings with a brilliant finish. .
3 coats of primer and 2 coats of satinwood to all woodwork.
Black MSP to door frame awaiting black double doors to be fitted...
This room has authentic plus the units to be fitted...
Lovely clients once again.

Another drench coat in farrow & ball nice sized kitchen space. Slowly losing the dated wooden doors. On going job through out the year

So another job in Dublin....
At first it didn't go to plan.
I priced this job off photos from an identical apartment on the resort. WELL when I turned up to start on day 1 I nearly walked out to fly home...

So are here some of the befores and afters.

Price obviously changed.
