SPC Services was called upon again to complete a shower to bathroom replacement.

This particular customer already has a shower in her en-suite so wanted to return a bathtub in the main bathroom so they were able to relax.

Whilst removing the plasterboard and tiles and changing the pipe work many complications came up, but our amazing team didn’t let this bother them and they just put it right! Ensuring new beams went into the stud wall, new plasterboard, followed by plastering to ensure the wall was stronger then ever. Whilst we were waiting for the plaster to dry, we have the task of having to replace the soil pipe as we found a rather large crack in the bottom of the existing one. We managed to cut the old pipe out and replace with a new one.
Then the install of the bathtub along with new tiles that the customer chose and then a freshen up on all the paintwork to finish off this wonderful job.

Further to this we also had to change the kitchen taps also.

Yet another job completed to high standards.

This house was original kept by a smoker and a hoarder for over 20 years and basically deserted.
Our lovely customer contacted us to help them out by freshening up all the woodwork, cupboards, walls, ceilings and carpets. They were so excited to see the end result and move in to their family home after being on the end of a short straw by being let down by their old landlord who sold the property 6 months after they move in!
We are glad that you are happy with the end result and we wish you all the happiness in your new home.

Here was a garden job which were asked to carry out!

This lady wanted to spruce up her back garden and bring the colours alive. So we were asked to carry out painting the fences and summer house and remove the ivy, and weeds too.
