This newly finished bathroom showcases a modern and sleek design with several thoughtful features. The bathroom includes all wall-hung sanitary ware, which includes a stylish wall-mounted toilet and bidet, giving the space a clean and spacious feel by freeing up floor area and concealing pipework.

The shower area is equipped with an anti-slip wet room style flat shower tray, ensuring safety and practicality, complemented by a frameless glass enclosure that enhances the open and airy aesthetic.

The flooring is made of Luxury Vinyl Tile (LVT), which provides a durable, water-resistant, and warm-underfoot surface with a wood-like appearance, adding a touch of elegance to the room.

The walls feature a combination of painted and tiled surfaces with a sophisticated cloud blue tone.

Natural light is complimented with a mood mirror which changes colour temperature to your mood..

The overall design is both functional and aesthetically pleasing, with a focus on modern convenience and safety.

• Optimized Layout: The removal of redundant boxwork has opened up the floor area, creating a cleaner, more spacious feel.
• Larger Bath: The new luxury-sized bathtub features remote filler valves and an Exofil system, enhancing comfort and convenience with a more elegant, clutter-free finish.
• Wet Area Tiling: Tiling is now limited to just the wet area, which, paired with smooth painted walls elsewhere, adds a clean, minimalist look while maintaining practicality.
• Large Mirror: A wall-to-wall mirror above the sink and toilet visually doubles the room size and bounces light around the space, making it feel even larger.
• Integrated Vanity: The sink and toilet are set into a seamless countertop and vanity unit, which adds storage and contributes to the overall sleek aesthetic.
• Sophisticated Ventilation: As there’s no window, a high-efficiency extraction system is in place to ensure proper ventilation and prevent moisture buildup.
• Modern Fixtures: Chrome towel radiator, recessed ceiling spotlights, and a frameless glass shower screen with both rainhead and handheld showers round out the stylish upgrades.

• Replaced the leaking old loo and shower with a sleek, wall-hung toilet and floor-level shower tray for a cleaner, more spacious feel
• Installed LVT flooring over newly replaced floorboards—both durable and stylish
• Added a new ceiling, LED lighting, and an efficient extractor fan
• Built an illuminated niche in the shower for a touch of luxury and practicality

Latest job finished for a lady struggling to get in and out of a shower bath. We set the non slip shower tray for level access and the doorway too. The room, as a dormer conversion, suffered with no ventilation and poor insulation which we rectified for her.
