🔧 Problem Solved – Smart Locking Solution! 🔧

A recent customer contacted Owen the Locksmith looking to upgrade their wood-framed glass door with a mechanical digital lock.

There was just one snag…
👉 The door didn’t have enough depth to accommodate the standard tubular mortice latch that normally comes with these locks.

Rather than saying “it can’t be done,” we designed a practical workaround.

✅ We carefully assessed the door construction
✅ Supplied and fitted the mechanical digital lock
✅ Combined it with a nightlatch to create a secure, reliable locking solution that worked perfectly with the door’s limitations
