Some recent repair work on this lovely formby home, rebuild of a pergola that had rotten away, some new door panels, new timber frame and panelling, refitting a window box, fitting flashband to a leaky roof and repainting a window frame ready for summer!

New composite side gate fitted to this property complete with a brand new frame to replace the old tired and rotten one, ready for many years of maintenence free service now. The gate itself is also lockable so no need for unsightly added bolt locks
