•All internal doors taken off, intumescent strips routed, re-hung and fitted with new fire door closers (HMO Spec)🚪 ✅

• New fire/smoke alarm system installed to comply with multiple occupancy spec (HMO) ✅

• New carpet laid throughout ✅

• Out house conversion to a new managers office, meeting & training area ✅

• New oak doors fitted ✅

• Grounds maintenance of entire property ✅

Good morning everyone, i hope you're having a good day! I've been looking for my next challenge for a while now and ive decided to sign up for a triathlon which ill be running on Sunday 19th of September in memory of the late great DAVID HILL 💙. I've decided to do it on behalf of the stroke association, they do some fantastic work with families and patients with post stroke treatments and therapies.
