Our first delivery of British Peonies grown by farmer David Wheatley at petitepeonys
You may have seen him on social media - he is doing a great job of championing British farmers and British produce!
The peonies are beautiful, large headed, Sarah Bernhardt variety and look stunning in this rose & peony bouquet made by Ashleigh this morning 💕
Peonies are not around long so get them while you can!

The roses are blooming 🌹
We have a gorgeous selection of patio, hybrid tea and floribunda roses, in lots of colours and varieties!
They make amazing gifts and lots have celebration & anniversary names
🌹 patio roses are perfect for pots with their short & compact habit
🌹 floribunda roses are ideal in mixed borders or large planters
🌹 hybrid tea roses are great in formal beds and their long stems make excellent cut flowers!

It’s hot hot hot!! Here are our top tips for watering your garden in this very warm weather ☀️
💦 water in the early morning and/or evening to avoid scorching leaves during the hours of intense sun in the middle of the day
💦 it’s best to water daily to avoid plants drying out, soil becomes hydrophobic when very dry making it harder for roots to absorb water
💦 pay particular attention to hanging baskets and planters as these have less water retention than beds & borders
💦 frequent watering washes fertilisers out of compost so it’s a great idea to add liquid feed to your watering routine during these warmer months - we recommend Miracle-Gro All Purpose or Tomorite 1-2x a week in your watering can
💦 don’t forget to keep yourself hydrated in the garden too! Gardening in the British summer is glorious but thirsty work!
