At ‘Mamilla’ we are fortunate to have on board an Italian architect with a variety of experience and a middle-eastern interior designer with a passion for perfection from building sites to the finishing touches. ounding counties we have managed to obtain successful planning, design and management projects, with great connections with other professionals in our fields that we are happy to recommend to our clients.

‘Mamilla’ Architecture and Design have been operating as an in house architectural service of ‘Lev Properties’ a property development company and an estate agency in the last 12 years. With a growing demand from private clients we decided to open our studio that will continue to provide ‘Lev Properties’ with a supporting service while approaching new customers that can enjoy our extended services.

Amazing few days in Liverpool, walking around our 50 projects that are currently under constructions and renovations.
All site are looking great with scaffolding up and the teams of builders working hard.
Unbelievable what they have done during lockdown regardless of the unpredictable time we have all faced.

I’m proud of the employees of the company, the contractors that closely working with me in the last three years.
The architects under my supervision that have managed to get planning approvals for large projects like this one in the picture- conversion of a building in prime location into 7 self contained flats.

In only few weeks we can already see the new layout taking shape, new windows installed, partition walls built, first fix electric and plumbing now in progress. The standards of built are high 🔝.
I cannot wait to see the final results of this project in the next coming months.
