Good news about the Lidl. Can't see any information about drainage and flood impacts though

AN APPLICATION seeking planning permission for a new Lidl store on the site of the former car showroom at the south end of Craigshill has been submitted to West Lothian Council this week.
It is proposed to demolish the existing showroom building.
If given the go-ahead, the new Lidl will employ up to 40 full time equivalent staff in store. The company has a policy of employing local people from all backgrounds to work in their stores.
There will be an in-store bakery and 92 parking spaces.

West Lothian Council is appealing for anyone with information on vandalism to a much-loved Livingston public artwork to come forward.

Restoration work has included repairing broken and missing pieces of the sculpture, with newly cast and sculpted ears among the parts vandalised recently.
Police Scotland have been notified and are looking into the incidents. Anyone with information on those responsible can notify them by calling 101 and quoting reference PS-20220726-1324.
It can also be reported anonymously via Crimestoppers on free phone 0800 555111.

Went down yesterday and collected the 2 trees that the Belfast City Council had removed on us from Botanic Gardens and Lower Crescent park that we phantom planted a few weeks ago!

They had repotted them and looked after them well and it was really good to touch base with these guys at the Botanical Gardens, as I've said before no tree I've ever phantom planted was a waste of time or energy, great connections have been made from this and great things will come out of this!

One of my slogans right from the start has been,
"Better to ask for forgiveness than permission"...

Well it was a case yesterday of asking for forgiveness, I did apologise for stepping on the toes of the gardeners who keep The Botanic Gardens of Belfast looking immaculate!

The little boy who owns the weeping birch tree who phantom planted it with me will be very happy and thanks again to the gardeners of Botanic Gardens for watering and looking after the trees and for the large pots too!

All has ended well, phantom planting got some quality news and radio coverage and the trees are back safe and sound!
It's what i'm here to do is promote phantom planting, to promote you as individuals to go out and connect to nature, this page is not about money, I don't even want trees donated, I just want you to phantom plant!

This Paramili-Tree mission is complete!

For Trees and Ulster - My only crime is LoyalTree....

Peace and love!

I challenge you to phantom plant a tree! Anywhere, anytime, any place.....
