Big job in old Colwyn. 2 bathrooms and separate toilet, lvt flooring throughout, a lot of plumbing work on this one as who ever did it before clearly didnโ€™t have any Idea. So replaced loads and new wastes as had no flow. Some plastering work was needed also a lot of electrical work ,new designer radiators also fitted. Doors re hung and few more installed with new hardware,

A bathroom and storage area made for a customer in Llandudno. Not so easy as found a collapsed drain what caused the soil pipe to break. A lot of digging and new section of pipe installed and drain moved over. Full new plumbing installed, ceilings dropped for spotlights and fan, fully boarded with shower boards, quarry tiles from the old kitchen uplifted and fully self levelled so both rooms level, new flooring, fully plastered and new sockets and new woodwork .
