This roof had alot of issues, rotten joist ends, drooping gable ends, rotting joists, these problems were causing the facias ,sofits and gutters to fall off, and several leaks around the property . Left any longer, this would have been a full roof rebuild, but we caught it in time, we replaced all rotten wood, treated everything else, fitted new facias, soffit,vents, gutters, breathable felt, treated battons, gray mini stonewold tiles , with individual dry verge, breathable ridge system with red ridges. This beautiful property in a Welsh valley, with a river and 3 mountain waterfalls in the back garden now has a new lease of life, and will make who ever buys it very happy for a long time

Lovely roof this one, first we done an epdm rubber roof on the garage , new facias and gutters all round. After straightening the bumps and waves in the roof ,we counter batoned for max airflow and tiled with the cambrian slate( and expensive option for a tile, but really good for low pitched roofs and high wind area's, also it looks amazing

After we installed a new skylight window at a large retirement home in the Swansea area, one of the caretakers asked if we could transfom a badly build conservatory for his grandparents. The plastic roof was leaking, it was too cold in the winter and far too warm in the summer, making the large room unusable. Newly installed pillars, a solid timber frame with sf19+ insulation, ferings for the right run off, new facias and gutters. Wrapped with a premium rezitrix rubber roof cover and topped with two beautiful large lantern roof windows with self cleaning glass (fitted by us , supplied by Atcost pvc building supplies in Llanelli. Atcost also supplied and fitted the doors and windows, great job too) Customers are very happy and have now asked us to price a new main roof.

This one was interesting, we could see there was a sag in the roof before we stripped it. But, only after we did, we realised how bad. Somebody, a long time ago tried solving the problem by packing the battons with, well , anything they could find. This only added weight and made the problem worse. To keep the costs down the customer opted to go with a floating, light weight roof. What a transformation
