Hacked off all blown areas over rend system with fibre glass mesh and dashed to match the existing building .
With a silicone render along the plinths
What a difference it looks a completely different building.

We took the cavity wall insulation out as it failed and was holding water .

Now the damp has gone and the ewi will bring the heating down drastically.

We've been quiet on here lately so here's a job we've recently completed .

Shame I didn't get a before picture as it was a completely wasted space .

Pillars and walls blocked up.
Face brick wall neighbours side.
New copings.
All walls meshed inside and out finished with pamaurex.
Fencing in between pillars.
Lovely porcelain slabs.
New steps.
And to finish it all off artificial grass.

so the customer has a great private place to relax just in time for some nice weather.
