Latest job for a lovely local couple i a lovely house ,heavily cracked ceilings none on any joists so racked out used toupret fil flex scrimed and filled again with fill flex .then feathered out with powder filler .sanded fully spot primed and paint going on ✨️✌️

Lot of filling sanding re filling and caulk .getting this room.back to a respectful condition after many years

Doing another forgotten room at this beautiful farmhouse if have done loads of work in .room.on stairs couple years ago ceiling wrecked and needed bit of timber boarding and re skimming .fast forward couple years plasters well dry so now getting painted and ready for carpet ✌️✨️

Finished today had bit of time between coats so re oiled all the oak and the skirting in snug plus all architraves and liners and saw a beautiful woodpecker

Sun room wall done and lights back up .snug is half finished and the missing skirting replaced looking nice and fresh ✨️
