We can incorporate the latest energy saving and environmentally conscientious materials into the design such as ground source heat pumps, solar heating technology, under floor heating and highly insulated timber frames. We are able to specify materials to far out perform current building regulation standards if required. We are one of 'The Big Lottery' approved architectural designers

A place to grow and thrive 🌱

With a traditional Welsh cottage as the starting point with the aim to create additional space for a growing family we set to work developing a scheme that would be sensitive to its local roots , maintaining the cottages original form. Linking up a cost effective additional space with glazing has enabled retention of the cottage charm with a contemporary twist.

Tasked with creating additional functional space and boosting kerb appeal, we kept one eye firmly on tradition.
By continuing the use of stone and weaving in purposeful oak elements, the design remains rooted in its farmstead setting — solid, reliable, and full of rural charm.

Latest Newbuild reveal 👆

Showing restraint in design can enhance an overall scheme and facilitate an exciting experience later on in the journey through a property.

Here a modest entrance facade with just the softest of nudges into contemporary design by the inclusion of a stone porch with parapet living roof leads the user through to an expansive living space creating an uplifting experience.

Drawing on the principles of biophillic design this property opens up to a spectacular southern facing outdoor space with part sub-terranean living. The dwelling allows the user to connect to nature, the weather patterns and draw upon the ever changing picture that is revealed as you travel through the property.

We were blessed to work with a lovely couple who gave us design freedom and were receptive to our design concepts and collaboratively we we think we have a home that ticks all the boxes .

Barn conversion just headed into planning.

Minimalistic design retaining barn like qualities with the timber cladding and unfussy appearance together with upscaled glazing to connect with the surrounding landscape.

Barn conversions make great homes , often have epic countryside locations with good access and generous proportions, really pleased to be involved with another great project .
