Tough week on this lovely property on mynydd bodafon apart from a few days of wind been very lucky with the spring sunshine .
Four coats of sandtex ' cotton belt absolutely transformed this place from bare pebbledash contrasts so well with the anthracite windows and facias

Some effort gone into this former B&B to get it ready to open up under new ownership worked weekends, bank hols vast amount of filling, sanding, painting, papering ,gave the kitchen a deep clean and refresh on the units.
Hopefully get some nice weather to tackle our outdoor projects soon.

There will be a few months work on this Ten bedroom mansion ! It has been gutted inside, taken back to the bones fresh plumbing, electrics, plastering and of course painting & decorating To make it look fabulous 😉
Colour scheme put together by an interior designer so expect Farrow & ball colours limewash style walls, panelling, wallpaper feature walls, some bold colours aswell as neutral tones

Another one from this year this one in Caernarfon another maintenance paint job for The neighbourhood group.
This holiday let really had taken a beating this season, so along with a freshen up on the ceilings & walls the dining furniture needed a complete strip back, prime and two top coats

Haven't posted anything this year really, been kind of busy with chemotherapy and recovery.
The team have worked wonders while I've been sitting on my arse 😆 really grateful lads x here's one from a few weeks ago you may have seen before but the client wisely maintains this incredible property as its literally a stones throw from the beach at Treaddur Bay so it gets a fresh winter coat every few years to avoid any damp issues. Due to a lucky weather window and a very annoying cancellation the night before !! We had to ask Gwynedd fork lifts (who kindly obliged) to provide us the high access platform at very short notice to get approximately 11 metres up plus around the chimneys with some mad skills from the youngest team member ! last exterior for this season for us! Be quick if you want our service for exterior work next year, bookings into June now.
