Swipe for before ☝️

No job too small! This client was a landlord looking to repair a small amount of damage caused by a leak from the shower on the other side of the wall. The leak was long fixed and the damp completely gone.

Usually I would push to replace the skirting in an instance like this, the damage had caused some swelling. However the client was looking for a quick refresh to get the property back on the market. After that carpet is replaced of course 🫢

A quick little front door job from this week. Weatherproofing, repairs and repaint. Looking smart 👌

No signs of wood rot luckily on this door and window, due to it being set back slightly I should think. Most of the property has UPVC windows but looking after your original timber windows and doors is key to their longevity.

Dog door or dog flap? Dog flap somehow sounds a bit weird, let’s call it a dog door.

Quick dog door install on Friday to round off the week. Two glass panels out, timber in, hole cut and edges filled. Then two coats of exterior satin to tie it all together. Zinsser just don’t miss with their products and they make my life a lot easier 👌

Two of the three floors down! Back in a few weeks to finish the top floor. Walls and ceiling in the same shade. I will also be back at some point to tie the lighter skirting and architrave in with the rest.

I think it looks great! Sometimes a white hallway works, helping to bounce the light around but sometimes a darker tone like this is just what the space needs.

New dark radiator on order to replace the white one in the second picture, will look great with the new colour scheme.
