Painting and decorating is one of the oldest trades in construction, dating back over 40,000 years to when ancient craftsmen used charcoal, ochre and clay. What’s remarkable is that, despite all the modern materials and methods that have come along, the fundamentals haven’t changed. The tools of the trade the brush, the scraper, the sponge are the same as they’ve always been. A painter & decorator today would still recognise the kit used centuries ago, because essentially it's all about skill, technique and an eye for detail.

The construction works were undertaken by another contractor who entrusted JRSL to execute a range of specialist finishes, including the restoration works of numerous detailed period features, installation of various luxury wallcoverings and applying spray finishes in-situ to several items of custom made joinery.

Premium HVLP spray systems offer a highly controlled application, used to coat and highlight crisp mouldings and intricate detailing.
