We are opening the doors to our studio next month as part of Open Studios and will be open both days.

We have a variety of insulation samples available to view in the studio and could offer free advice if you would like to know about how to insulate your home.

Now that winter has really set in, it’s nice think back to warmer times.

This summer we visited in Bodmin to participate in the Lime Pointing course. It’s a material we love and already love to use in projects, but it’s something different to use and get to grips with.

Since then, we’ve been testing back in our studio to see how different lime mixes hold up against the elements. This research feeds directly back into our projects and helps us design and specify materials. More on this to come.

We’re on-site with a stunning early Georgian Grade II listed townhouse in South East London, carefully stripping back non-original features to reveal its hidden treasures: concealed doors, beautiful ceiling joists, and curious openings that reveal the history of the house. The project is a sensitive refurbishment that honors the heritage of this home while transforming it for modern 21st-century family living.

Excited to share our latest work with Shrewsbury House! We had the pleasure of creating a special booklet explaining the history of this amazing building, just in time for Open House 2024 this weekend.

Join us on the 21st & 22nd of September to explore and dive into its rich heritage, all as part of the Open House events. It’s a great opportunity to celebrate local architecture and community.

A site photo from a project nearing completion in South West London. Designed to use standard and easily available components such as bricks and precast lintels, the project maximised the client’s budget whilst providing elegant and well-proportioned new spaces.
We used recycled insulated beam and block floor construction and minimised steel through the use of engineered brick columns around openings.
