Plumbing & Building Services is a local, independent business specialising in plumbing. I am a fully trained engineer that started off as an apprentice for Hammersmith & Fulham Council. After 8 years of 24hr call out, general maintenance and installation experience I decided to start this company. Now fully operational the company contracts for the council, housing associations, land lords, privat

e home owners and major contractors on and off site. Based in West London but open to cover most of Greater London. NVQ level 3 in plumbing as well as water regulations qualifications. I work closely with other trusted contractors to ensure that the work is done properly and efficiently. We strive for perfection and guarantee all work carried out.

Multiple contractors had came and gone without finishing the project so me and my team were happy to take on the challenge for the customer. concealed cistern with wall hung pan. Necessary plumbing adaptions, veneered mdf sourced and varnished in a colour to suit. Whole area re-sealed with clear & ‘chocolate’ silicone. One happy customer and that’s another one done ✅🪚..

Our annual Christmas lunch, even though at breakfast time 🤣..
This is Dan the Man, absolute life saver and the reason I’ve been able to get certain jobs knocked out to such a high standard. Teamwork makes the dream work as they say 🙌..
Also in the middle is the cafe owner of the cafe called Happy Days in the Crayford area. I’ve known him for 5 plus years and is sadly shutting up shop soon after 21 years in business. Genuinely top guy with great food for breakfast & lunch. If you’re ever in the area I highly recommend popping in before it’s too late.. 🎅🏻☕️ 😊 💯

Customer needed a solution for this old leaky shower. Due to the age of the shower we recommended a new unit.

We sourced a bar shower mixer type for ease of maintenance in the future, as well as this we had to use different sized tiles as the original tiles were also discontinued so we had to manually make the tiles the right size to make them fit.

Here is the finished product, didn’t come out too bad and another happy customer 🔧🚿 ..

Major gas leak on old steel pipe ran under concrete and throughout the house up to the top floor. We re-ran a new gas pipe up the front of the building as the most economical option. The job was taken on by us from start to finish:
- Investigate gas leak
- Erect scaffold
- Run new gas pipe
- Purge & relight 🔥

- And another happy customer ☺️
