🏆 Award-winning Home Improvement Marketing Agency...

I used to take sales calls in the back of my car whilst at my 9-5.

Without an internet connection, just a PDF open on my phone, hoping I didn’t lose signal mid-pitch.

That’s where it all started.

Hey, I’m Tom - founder of Attain Digital, an Award-winning home improvement marketing agency focused on only one thing, getting results.

But yea, before all this, I worked at a marketing agency managing 100’s of SME businesses paid ads accounts.

Fast-paced, demanding - and honestly, one of the best learning experiences I’ve had.

I saw what actually drives results, how different small to medium businesses operate, and how to build paid strategies that work.

I wanted to learn from real people, solving real problems.

That experience gave me the foundation to build Attain.

Over time, I started to see how I’d do things differently.

I wanted to be more involved.
More collaborative.
More heavily results focused, driving real growth for businesses
Acting like a partner in my clients business

So I left.

And started building something more personal. More results-driven.

Now, I work with home improvement and renewables businesses to help them:

→ Close more jobs
→ And scale with systems that actually convert leads into jobs

It goes beyond just running ads.

When I first started Attain Digital, I did everything myself.

Writing ads, jumping on sales calls, sending reports, building funnels, fixing automations…
Even chasing leads manually from spreadsheets.

And to be fair - that’s how I learned.
But it also nearly wiped me out.

I was working stupid hours just to keep things moving.
Felt like the business only worked if I was in it every second.

Eventually I realised - if I didn’t start letting go, I’d burn out or stall.

So I started building proper systems:
→ Service delivery broken down step-by-step
→ Clear SOPs so the team could run without me hovering
→ Hired people I trust and gave them actual ownership

It was not at all easy.

I still catch myself wanting to jump in and fix stuff.
But the more I step back, the better the results get.

Now we’ve got a lean team, tight process, and clients are getting solid results.

We're now a team of 5 and it's an amazing feeling knowing I've got the best team, from Paid Ads experts taking care and full ownership of all our Paid ads accounts and talented designers creating awesome fresh new ads for our clients - all aligned and focused on delivering one thing in common, the best results for our clients.

This shift came when I:

- Got out of the way.
- Let the team do what they’re great at.
- And built things that don’t fall apart without me watching every move.

Things feel clearer now.
Less chaos and more consistency.

And for the first time in a long time - I’ve actually got space to think, not just keep up.

One of our clients, ECH Group had thousands of old leads sitting in a spreadsheet.

No one had touched them in months.
No follow-up, no systems.
Just names and numbers gathering dust.

They’d built the list from old campaigns, website forms, and calls that never went anywhere.

But no one had done anything with it.

So we plugged it into our lead reactivation system.

→ Cleaned the data
→ Wrote a simple, clear message and offer
→ Set up SMS and email automations

“FB Ads don’t work”
I hear this all the time from solar, heat pump and home improvement businesses.

Usually from someone who ran one campaign, got a bunch of unresponsive leads, and decided the whole thing was broken.

Here’s what actually happened:

→ They ran traffic to a website with no clear call to action
→ Zero follow-ups were made
→ No filters on forms to keep time-wasters out
→ No funnel steps guiding them on what to do next or nudging them to book a survey.
→ And no idea what they were even testing

So yeah… of course it didn’t work.

But the problem isn’t Facebook.

It’s the setup.
The funnel.
The follow-up.
The offer
The message.

Facebook’s just the engine.

If you feed it junk, it’s not gonna take you anywhere.

The difference between “FB ads don’t work” and “our solar business just had a £250K month”

…isn’t luck.

It’s structure.

The right copy.

Not when performance drops.
Not when things get messy.

But you’d be surprised how often that happens elsewhere.

We’ve had business owners come to us feeling totally blindsided.
They sign up with an agency, get a quick onboarding… and then… radio silence.

No updates, no check-ins, just a few vague stats in a monthly report.

Didn’t test anything new, didn’t share what was happening, just kept saying “the algorithm needs time.”

Meanwhile, they were bleeding budget and had no idea what was going wrong.

That’s not how we work.

Good ads can never save a broken funnel.

⚡ We had a Solar & Heat Pump company come to us paying £75 per lead.

And they were convinced the ads were the issue.

But the thing is… the ads looked fine.

It had good copy, clean targeting, and even decent click-through.

But once we clicked through…
We saw exactly where it was falling apart.

→ Landing Page took forever to load
→ Confusing layout
→ Way too much text
→ No urgency, no trust, no reason to enquire

Basically, they were spending thousands just to send people into a black hole.

So we rebuilt it.

→ Stripped out the noise
→ Tightened the copy
→ Clear CTA, clean layout
→ Added a little friction - enough to keep the tyre kickers at bay

We didn’t touch the ad budget.
Didn’t launch 50 new ad tests.
Didn’t get “creative” for the sake of it.

We just fixed what was broken.

And within a week the CPL dropped from £75 to £19.

The ad was exactly the same.

We just added a funnel that didn’t kill the momentum.

This stuff doesn’t need to be complicated.
But it does need to make sense for the person on the other side.

If you’re running decent ads and still getting weak results…

Not from some clever hack.
Not from working extra mad crazy hours.

Just proper foundations, built well.

Before we stepped in, they were relying on multiple third-party lead gen companies.

And yeah, the leads came in… but:

→ The quality was all over the place
→ The follow-up was messy
→ And no one really knew what was working and what wasn’t

It was chaos, basically.

Here’s what we did:

→ Built out a funnel that actually matched how they sell
→ Took over the ad strategy with 40+ creatives ready to test
