The aim of this animation was to explore how the quality of light would change throughout the day on our Hampshire House project.

A single storey rear extension creates an open plan kitchen, dining and snug area, whilst framing views to the garden and river.

Ensuite bathroom renovation for our Hampshire House project.

The outdated bathroom fittings, including an old hot water tank and built-in joinery were replaced with a modern layout. By relocating the tank to the loft and removing a stud wall, we created space for a generous walk-in shower and introduced more natural light. Bespoke cabinetry provides discreet storage, keeping the space calm and uncluttered. Inspired by Japanese architecture, the design features natural materials and a traditional soaking tub.

Single Storey Rear extension to at 1860's property within Enfield's Chase Side Conservation Area.
By changing the reception room to the kitchen space and creating an opening between the kitchen an dining, it allowed better connection of the spaces. The kitchen island utilised the existing buildings existing steps to create an island to be the perfect hight for a breakfast bar.

An internal reconfiguration of the ground floor layout allowed for generous kitchen, dining space and moving the reception rooms to the rear allowed for a better focus to the garden.
