Nothing beats the comfort of a steaming bowl of homemade stew, especially when it features fresh ingredients straight from the garden! 🍲✨
Today I made Doenjang Jjigae, a deeply savory, traditional Korean soybean paste stew. I loaded mine with tender pork and fresh, crunchy daikon radish and spring onions that I just picked from the garden.
The rich, earthy, umami broth paired with fluffy basmati rice is an absolute match made in heaven. It’s warm, comforting, and packed with flavor. ☺️🍶🍲🍜
