Finishing up at SE4: Flat is now ready for new client to move in, So we fixed all the problems as seen before, plumbed in a new washing machine, painted the whole flat, repaired hanging ceiling lights and new LVT flooring put down in kitchen and cupboard area.

Bath Repair at SE4. Water had been getting under the bath and rotted the woodwork around the tape area so we removed all rotting wood and replaced with new wood frame, we also changed the wood under each foot to pack bath back up to correct level, once this was done ceiling, walls and woodwork were painted and bath was re siliconed.

Cupboard Repair in SE4, Walls where washed down with fungi wash, damp proof paint was then painted over affected area, flooring was taken up and replaced with LVT click flooring and a vent was also installed to allow air flow. Walls and woodwork where then painted.

Floor Restoration. Floor was machine sanded, sealed and then paint with dulux dimond floor varnish.
