Part Time Admin Role in SW18 , Duties to include:
Adding and managing Leads on Zoho ,updating our customer relationship database
Managing the Office Diary (Google)
Letter Writing (word)
Filing of Plans and Notes electronically and in paper files
Requesting Skip and Car Permits (Trade and office)
Thames Water Build Over agreements.
Typing Notes (Excel , Outlook)
Speaking to clients arranging for photographers to go in
Ordering Office supplies
Instructions between building Control and the Clients , gathering certificates for Sign off
Making challenges of Fines to the Local Councils
Insurance renewals for Business and Cars
Getting the insurance annually for all the contractors and filing them
A knowledge of Microsoft Preferred (Outlook , word, excel)
Good Organization skills essential
Telephone skills required
